Comtelco reserves the right to sell products on a non-exclusive basis to any distributor, dealer, or person it deems a viable customer.

All products, unless specified otherwise, will be shipped UPS FOB our factory in Glendale Heights, Illinois.

Visa and Mastercard accepted.  COD on non-approved accounts.

Warranty

All products manufactured by Comtelco Industries Inc. are warranted against defective material or workmanship if a failure results from these factors within 24 months of purchase by the user.  Comtelco will repair or replace, without charge, any Comtelco product that fails to meet this warranty.  Excluded in this warranty are any products that have failed due to misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or application.  Also excluded are products that have been substantially altered or repaired outside our factory.

Comtelco will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages due to the failure of a Comtelco product under this warranty or any implied warranty.

Comtelco reserves the right to make changes in product materials and specifications without notice.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you have other rights which vary from state to state.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
